Refund Policy House of Lulu

ANY CLEARANCE/SALE STYLES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

RETURN POLICY: 
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) may be returned for a full refund* or exchange within 21 days (3 weeks) of your item(s) delivery date.  

Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags must be attached.   Accessories, hats and discounted merchandise is not eligible for returns.

If an item is returned to us in a non-resalable condition, it may be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions.  

House of Lulu is not responsible for non-House of Lulu items returned to us.  

It is possible that certain dyes (like black or dark denim) may transfer to lighter colors. This irreversible effect is increased by humidity and temperature. We do not assume responsibility for dye transfer. Please take care to follow the wash instructions on the care label of your product. 

*PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) are not eligible for refunds due to known Meta/Shopify limitations. All orders can be returned for store credit or exchanges. 

RETURN TIMEFRAME: 
Returns must be requested online and shipped to House of Lulu within 21 days (3 weeks) of your item(s) delivery date. Please ensure your package will arrive on time. If we do not receive your return within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date, it will not be approved for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please remit returns to: 1249 Boulevard Way, Walnut Creek, Ca 94595.

RETURN PROCESS: 
After submitting your request via email (hello@houseoflulu.shop) a return slip and shipping label will be sent to you. Please ensure your packing slip is included in your package when shipped back to House of Lulu. Returns/exchanges shipped to House of Lulu that have not been approved for return, will be considered abandoned goods and will forfeit any refund or exchange. **EXCHANGE ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL EXCHANGES: see policy below.** 

PROCESSING TIME: 
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has arrived at our warehouse to be processed for refund, regular exchange, or store credit. 

FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM ORDERS: 
Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram can only be returned for store credit and will not be processed for a refund or given the option for an exchange. No exceptions.  

 RETURN SHIPPING COST: 
You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s) to House of Lulu. House of Lulu does not pay for shipping or handling costs on returns or exchanges unless the item(s) arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part. 

House of Lulu is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. House of Lulu DOES, however, offer free shipping on new orders placed, including exchange orders over $75 USD.  

 STORE CREDIT: 
Store credit is processed within 7 business days after your item(s) returned is(are) received. After processing your return, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit can be applied at checkout and does not have an expiry date.  

REFUNDS:  
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your item(s) returned is(are) received. Please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Each banking institution is different, contact your bank for specific details regarding refunds. 

REGULAR EXCHANGES: 
Your exchange order will ship within 3-7 business days AFTER your return has been processed (See Our Processing Time for details). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your exchange order has been fulfilled. 

RETURNS ON EXCHANGE ORDERS:
We do not offer exchanges on exchange orders.  Only original orders may be exchanged. 

If you would like to return an item that was exchanged from your original order, you will be given the option for a refund back to your original payment method or store credit.  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S): 
If you have received a damaged or defective item, your email must be submitted to hello@houseoflulu.shop within 5 days of the order’s delivery date. You will be required to submit a photo of the damage or defect. Once you have submitted your return request, House of Lulu will review your return. If approved, you will be sent a return label to return your item for a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED: 
If you have received an incorrect item, please submit a return request via email to hello@houseoflulu.shop. You will be required to submit a photo of the item you received. Once you have submitted your return request, House of Lulu will review your return. If approved, you will be sent a return label to return your item for a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: 
All jewelry, accessories, hats, sale, and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale. No exceptions.
